Coaching takes place through Teams or Slack, accessible via phone or computer.
AI coaching is based on established coaching methods and is centered around continuous learning. The process is reflective, and written insights are stored for the coachee to review. Employers can receive reports on the key stressors impacting employees. These reports are presented at a general level and do not reveal individual details from the coaching sessions. For generating meaningful reports, a sample size of at least 30 coachees is recommended.
