Katja Noponen Oy was born from a desire to take control of work life.
“I was raised to value hard work from a young age. I was 16 when I told my friends that one day I would become an entrepreneur. After graduating as a nurse, I realized that the profession didn’t offer the calling I was looking for. I thought that as an entrepreneur, I could get the best return for my own work while also helping clients discover their own strengths.
To me, the world is full of opportunities. I’ve always been ready to roll up my sleeves and get things done. I believe that uncertainty can be turned into strength—whether it’s about a business idea or a personal skill. Holding on to the old doesn’t create growth, not for individuals nor for companies. My life’s work is to be a role model—as a woman and a mother—promoting people-centered, positive entrepreneurship. I want to inspire everyone to embrace change and move toward a better working life. As long as helping people remains at the heart of business, both people and businesses will thrive.
Positive ambition is my driving force for continuous development. It inspires me to build better partnerships, services, and workplaces. I believe that when you do your work well, it naturally becomes successful from a business perspective too.
