Welcome!

Losing a job often brings everything to a halt for a moment – but at the same time, it opens the door to something new. We understand that this phase can feel uncertain, even overwhelming. That’s why, in our transition coaching, the most important thing is that you don’t have to face it alone.

With us, you are seen as a person – not as a situation or a number. We take the time to understand where you are right now and help you clarify your strengths, skills, and hopes for the future. Often, this moment holds the potential for a new direction that feels more meaningful than before.

We don’t offer ready-made paths. Instead, we walk alongside you and build a direction that fits you – whether that means a new job, further education, or a completely new career path. You will receive practical support for job searching, strengthening your confidence, and articulating your skills.

What matters most to us is that after the coaching, you have a clearer direction, stronger belief in yourself, and a sense that your future is once again in your hands.

You are not just experiencing change – you are creating it. And we are here for you.

Your Personal Coach – One Person Throughout the Journey

You will be assigned your own coach. One person who knows your story, walks alongside you, and stays with you from start to finish.

No changing contacts.
No starting over at every meeting.
No replacing people with forms.

Behind your coach is our full team of experts – specialists in short-term therapy, personal branding, change coaching, entrepreneurship, and AI. Their expertise is available to you whenever needed.

How We Get Started

  1. You get in touch.  By phone, email, or form. Your choice.
  2. We meet for the first time.  Online or in person. You don’t need to answer anything you’re not ready for.
  3. We get to know each other. You share as much as you want. We listen before suggesting anything.
  4. We explore your situation. Calmly and without pressure. What you want, what you can do, what you fear, what you dream about.
  5. We build your next steps. No templates, no standard solutions. Your coaching is tailored to you.

Coaching Designed Around You

Your coaching may include, for example:

  • Mapping your situation and defining clear steps toward a new job
  • CV, portfolio, and digital job search materials
  • Personal branding, networking, and hidden job opportunities

  • Interview preparation and practical simulations

  • Meetings with headhunters and access to recruitment networks

  • Entrepreneurship coaching

  • Skills development – AI skills, courses, reskilling

  • Mental coaching and support through change

  • Additional support if your work ability is limited

Not everything for everyone – but the right things for you.

Questions You Might Be Asking

You don’t need a perfect starting point. We begin where you are and help you make sense of things together.

Most people don’t at the first meeting. That’s not a problem – it’s the starting point. We can use personality and motivation assessments to help uncover your strengths and interests.

It has – and that’s exactly why you don’t have to do it alone. We help you build an updated CV, a strong digital presence, and your personal story. We practice interviews until they feel natural.

Experience is valuable. Employers who understand that are looking for someone like you. We help you find them – and present your experience as an asset, not a burden.

Reskilling, entrepreneurship, a career change, or working abroad – all are valid paths. Our coaches have experience with all of them.
Then you are still in the right place. Mental coaching and processing change are part of the journey. Well-being comes first – before job searching.

Tools That Help You See Your Strengths

Your coaching may include tools such as:

  • DISC – your working style and communication strengths
  • Reiss Motivation Profile – what truly motivates you
  • WorkPlace Big Five – your personality at work
  • Firstbeat Life – recovery and well-being tracking
  • Digital job search platform – support and resources 24/7

These tools do not define you – they help you understand yourself more clearly.

If You Are Over 55

If you are over 55, you may be entitled to extended transition support – not less support, but more.

If you have been employed for at least five years and are made redundant for economic or production-related reasons, you are entitled to extended coaching and financial support. This is designed so you don’t have to rush your decisions.

We know this phase often brings concerns: Am I too old? Will I find a job? Does my experience still matter?

From experience, our answer is: yes, you will. And often, you will find something that fits who you are today even better.

Your coaching will place special focus on:

  • Presenting your experience in a way employers value
  • Hidden job opportunities and expanding your professional network
  • Digital skills and AI tools that help level the playing field
  • Opportunities you may not have considered yourself — consulting, mentoring, part-time work, or entrepreneurship

You can choose us as your service provider. If you are entitled to extended transition support, you have the right to choose your own coaching provider.
